In the tool you can create several workspaces. You can use a workspace as a department, team or a part of your concern. In the workspace itself you can create map collections to group your maps. How you work with workspaces and collections depends on your organization's structure and how you want to work.

Depending on what plan you sign up to different amount of maps are included. In our Enterprise plan the maps are unlimited.
A user is a person that have access to edit a map or workspace while a viewer only have access to view a map. This can be very useful in large organizations to ensure that the right people work on the right maps. Admin is the person or persons in charge for the roles & permission section. In the settings they can control who can see and edit what, edit accesses and more.
